Wilfredo (Willy) Jauregui

Banking, Payments and Operations

Willy Jauregui brings 45 years of continuous experience in banking, payments, compliance, and operations. He has held C-suite, Board, and senior leadership roles across banking institutions and financial services companies, including Chief Operating Officer at Viamericas Corporation, where he led the transformation of operations, payer networks, and product delivery across the Philippines, Mexico, and Colombia.

His expertise includes check processing and settlement, ACH origination and NACHA compliance, Tier I and Tier II bank relationship management, correspondent banking, ODFI relationships, BSA/AML program oversight, and risk management. He has also led AI and RPA automation initiatives and is a certified practitioner of Kaizen and Business Process Management.

Willy holds certifications as an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP), Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), and Certified Technology Auditor. He currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for the City of Coral Gables ADA and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Lourdes Jauregui is a career banker with deep experience in commercial and residential lending. Her background includes origination workflow, application-to-close management, borrower communication, and referral development — built from years of sitting across from borrowers and closing loans.

She brings a client-first approach to every engagement, with the practical knowledge to help institutions improve the lending experience from first contact through funding. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
